As a system administrator for the Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P., Eddye J. Royal is responsible for managing computer operations in call centers, routing calls, changing passwords, installing software, training employees, consulting, conducting research, and troubleshooting computers. Prior to joining the Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P., Mr. Royal served as a communication administrator and computer specialist in the United States Army for 21 years. Mr. Royal assisted in the global migration of over 2000 employees from multiple platforms to the Vantive call tracking system. He became involved in his profession because of his interest in information technology, and he attributes his success to his dedication, determination and business knowledge.
Mr. Royal completed coursework in Information Systems Education from Eastfield College in 1988, having received his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Amberton University in 1997.
