She brings four years of professional experience to CSC, an information technology company that offers consulting, system integration and outsourcing services. As a functional analyst, she is responsible for capturing and consolidating records, communicating information on technical design documents with the technical team, and reviewing and revising documents to ensure that these are readable to their target audience. Ms. Summers decided to build a career in technical communication because she felt it would make excellent use of her writing ability and presentation skills.
