As IT senior analyst, Mr. Hill is part of a team responsible for maintaining multiple applications used by the City of Kansas City, ensuring its health and the security of the information. He specializes in troubleshooting, supporting software applications, maintaining the land records/permits/citizen requests database and working with Oracle Database and mainframe programs including COBOL, as well as facilitating the transition of databases and training new professionals. After working as a programmer and programmer analyst, Mr. Hill considers his attainment of senior status to be among the highlights of his career. Mr. Hill, who acquired a passion for computers at the age of 12, obtained his Master of Management Information Systems from Friends University in 2004, his Bachelor of Science in Business and Computer Information Systems from Southwestern College, and his Associate in Computer Science from Penn Valley Community College.
